Our mission is to continue to provide free holidays at Smiley’s Retreat Lodge in the Lake District, for young adults between the ages of 18-40, who are going through cancer treatment. This will allow them and their families the opportunity to relax, rest and create memories together.

Josh is the true inspiration for setting up this foundation after he passed away in 2015 having had cancer for five years. This is an opportunity for us to allow Josh to make a difference to the lives of other young adults with cancer.
Smiley’s Retreat
Thanks to our amazing supporters for their tireless fundraising, we have purchased Smiley’s Retreat. This cosy lodge in the Lake District has already opened its doors to many young adults living with cancer, who have already created so many special memories with their loved ones.
But the hard work doesn’t stop here.
Just like any home, there are running costs and we need your continuous support to keep Smiley’s Retreat running, so that we can continue to offer free stays to young adults living with cancer. These breaks don’t just create memories, but they allow them and their families the well needed break they deserve.
